Welcome to my book collection! Here, you’ll find all the latest books I’ve reviewed—some favorites, some surprises, and maybe even a few disappointments. Happy reading!

Reading My Way Through Abbi Waxman: A Ranked List in Progress
I recently read The Bookish Life of Nina Hill by Abbi Waxman and LOVED it—so much so that I immediately picked up her other book, Christa Comes Out of Her Shell. About halfway through, I found myself thinking, “OMG, I really like this book too.”
And like any normal, rational, totally chill person... I decided I needed to read all of Abbi Waxman’s books.

A Scientist, Her Snails, and a Family Mystery: Reviewing Abbi Waxman's Christa Comes Out of Her Shell.
In Abbi Waxman's newest book, we meet Crista, a socially awkward snail scientist who prefers the company of gastropods to people. When her estranged family calls with news that they've found her father—a man who disappeared two decades ago and whom she's never met—Crista reluctantly leaves her research island in the Indian Ocean to face both her healing family and her mysterious, famous dad.

The Bookish Life of Nina Hill by Abbi Waxman – A Trivia Nerd’s Dream Read
One group of people I've always been envious of is trivia nerds. How awesome is it to have your head filled with random facts about absolutely anything? Okay, so maybe it's not as useful as saving a life like a doctor or as cool as driving a 1982 Pontiac Trans Am—which is a stick shift, might I add—but that's still a skill I’d love to have. And after reading this book, I want that skill more than ever.
